NextPour Refund & Credit Policy
Last Updated: September 2026
This Refund & Credit Policy explains how NextPour reviews lead disputes and when account credits may be issued.
NextPour is owned and operated by Swamped LLC.
By using NextPour, you agree to this policy together with the NextPour Terms of Service.
1. Lead Purchases Are Generally Final
NextPour charges for lead delivery, not for guaranteed sales, estimates, contracts, or completed jobs.
Once a lead is delivered, the lead charge is generally final unless the lead qualifies for credit under this policy.
A lead does not become invalid simply because it does not result in a sale.
2. Time Limit to Dispute a Lead
You must submit a lead dispute within 10 days of delivery.
Disputes submitted after 10 days may be denied.
This gives contractors a reasonable amount of time to review the lead without requiring an immediate dispute.
3. How to Submit a Dispute
All lead disputes must be submitted through the NextPour portal or dispute center.
Disputes submitted by email, phone, text message, or other channels may not be reviewed.
When submitting a dispute, you must select the reason for the dispute and provide any information reasonably requested by NextPour.
4. Leads That May Qualify for Credit
A lead may qualify for account credit if it is objectively invalid.
Examples include:
Outside Your Selected Service Area
The project location is outside the service area active on your account when the lead was delivered.
Invalid or Non-Working Contact Information
The phone number, email address, or other primary contact information is invalid, disconnected, fake, or unusable.
Duplicate Lead
The same lead was previously delivered to your account as a separate charged lead.
Fraudulent, Spam, or Bot Submission
The lead is clearly fraudulent, spam-generated, automated, fake, or otherwise not a legitimate project inquiry.
Not the Homeowner or Authorized Decision-Maker
The person submitting the request is not the homeowner, property owner, or someone reasonably authorized to request the work.
Service Not Selected or Offered
The lead is for a service outside the project types or lead preferences active on your account when the lead was delivered.
NextPour may approve credits for other clear delivery errors or objectively invalid leads at our discretion.
5. Leads That Do Not Qualify for Credit
A lead is not invalid just because it does not turn into a job.
The following generally do not qualify for credit:
The homeowner does not answer
The homeowner does not return your call
The homeowner stops responding
The homeowner takes time to respond
The homeowner receives multiple estimates
The homeowner chooses another contractor
The homeowner says your price is too high
The homeowner has a lower budget than expected
The homeowner delays the project
The homeowner changes their mind
The homeowner cancels the project
The homeowner decides not to hire anyone
The homeowner is still researching options
The project is smaller or larger than you hoped
The project is not as profitable as expected
You are unable to schedule the estimate
You are unable to reach the homeowner quickly enough
You do not close the job
Another contractor closes the job first
The lead does not meet your preferred sales or profit criteria
These are normal outcomes in lead generation and sales and do not, by themselves, make a lead invalid.
6. Shared Leads
Unless specifically identified otherwise, NextPour leads may be shared.
A lead being shared with other contractors does not make it invalid and does not qualify it for credit.
Likewise, a homeowner contacting additional contractors independently does not make the lead invalid.
7. Dispute Review
NextPour will review submitted disputes using the information reasonably available to us.
We may consider:
Lead submission data
Account settings
Service area settings
Project preferences
Contact information
Duplicate records
Fraud indicators
Communication history
Any information submitted with the dispute
We may request additional information when necessary.
Failure to provide reasonably requested information may result in denial of the dispute.
8. Final Decision
NextPour has final discretion to determine whether a lead qualifies for credit under this policy.
A prior credit does not require NextPour to approve future disputes involving similar circumstances.
Each dispute is reviewed independently.
9. Approved Credits
If a dispute is approved, the applicable lead charge will be returned to your NextPour account as an account credit.
Approved lead disputes do not result in cash refunds.
Credits may be used toward future eligible NextPour lead charges.
Credits are not transferable and have no cash value unless required by applicable law.
10. No Cash Refunds for Lead Disputes
Lead disputes are resolved through account credits, not refunds to your original payment method.
This policy applies to disputes regarding individual leads.
Unused cash wallet balances are handled separately under the NextPour Terms of Service.
11. Dispute Abuse
The dispute process is intended to correct objectively invalid leads, not to reverse valid lead charges based on sales outcomes.
NextPour may deny disputes and take account action if we identify:
Repeated unsupported disputes
False information
Misrepresentation
Attempts to classify valid leads as invalid
Manipulation of the dispute system
Fraudulent dispute activity
Abuse of credits
Excessive disputes inconsistent with legitimate use
Depending on the circumstances, NextPour may:
Deny current or future disputes
Restrict dispute privileges
Suspend lead delivery
Suspend the account
Terminate the account
Any such action may also be governed by the NextPour Terms of Service.
12. Chargebacks
Submitting a payment chargeback does not replace the NextPour dispute process.
If you believe an individual lead is invalid, you must first use the dispute process described in this policy.
Improper, fraudulent, or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination and may affect eligibility for future credits or services.
13. Policy Changes
NextPour may update this Refund & Credit Policy from time to time.
Changes may apply prospectively once posted, communicated, or otherwise made available, subject to applicable law.
The policy in effect when a lead was delivered will generally govern disputes relating to that lead.
